Pre-Sale Renovations in Italian Village.

This home needed a complete renovation. It was also situated on a larger lot which we were able to split and sell off the back portion for a $105K profit (included in profit calculation below). We took the home down to the studs, redid the electric and most of the plumbing, replaced the drywall, trim and flooring throughout, performed complete kitchen and bathroom remodels and replaced all of the windows. Outside we improved the curb appeal of the home by replacing the exterior siding, applying new painting, replaced the concrete entry path, installed a rear fence and a 2-car garage. As a result, the home sold for $ more than it would have if sold in it's condition at the time.
